Delivery Terms
Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to the settlement, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days. This time may vary depending on the distance from the center.

Delivery times of special production products vary according to the production time. The delivery information and times of such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

All of the products you have chosen will be delivered to you by the courier companies we have contracted with.
The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you selected is found to be unsuitable for shipping at the last control, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed about the date when the product will enter the first stock.
